As a Broker Associate and Realtor at Sereno Group, I am highly passionate about my role representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. To me, a home is a deeply personal place that profoundly shapes families lives, yet typically it is also their single largest financial asset. I enthusiastically embrace this dual imperative and use these two lenses to lead my clients to the most successful outcomes possible. My highest priority is to gain a thorough understanding of a client’s needs, then seek to maximize the value in a transaction using my advanced skills in data analysis and negotiation.
My professional experience spans twelve years practicing both residential and commercial real estate. I began my career with Sotheby’s International Realty on the SF Peninsula and sold over $90 million in residential real estate as part of a top-producing team of agents between 2008 and 2011.
Next, as a Team Leader at Redfin, I conducted home buying classes, launched the company’s listing service, and sold another $25 million in real estate sales.
In 2014, I joined the City of San Jose’s Office of Economic Development. As Senior Real Estate and Development Manager, I sold the historic Hayes Mansion Hotel and Conference Center for $30 million and served as the Project Manager for over $100 million in property sales to Google for the future “Google Village” in Downtown San Jose.
I reside in the Llagas Valley neighborhood of Morgan Hill with my husband, Mark, and son, Maverick. I am an art and music lover, I enjoy interior architecture and design, and I am an amatuer portrait photographer. I believe in lifelong learning and am fascinated by many subjects, including technology, biology, and the social sciences.
I hold a BA in Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
